Christian Leadership Network, Connecting Leaders, Helping Communities
Code Of Conduct & Ethics
All members of the Christian Leadership Network (individuals, corporate members or corporate partners) are bound by a Code of Conduct and Ethics of the Association summarised as follows:
This Code of Conduct and Ethics specifies the standard of ethical conduct for Pastorial and institutional members of the Network globally. It places obligations on members to practice and work in an objective manner and follow recognised Christian leadership principles.
Nothing in the Code will require members of the Network to breach obligations under any relevant circumstance which expects them to exhibit, use or manipulate any leadership skill as a Christian leader. Members will act in accordance with the following requirements:
General Responsibility of Members
Act and work responsibly and competently at all times to improve on the wellbeing of their followers.
Give priority to the doctrine of the good news, whilst at the same time ensuring the economic and physical development of members.
Ensure the spread of the good news and leadership mentoring take precedence over the members’ responsibilities to personal interests.
Ensure members do not engage in any illegal or improper practices.
Members should improve on general skills and knowledge on biblical leadership.
Be abreast with the programmes of the Network, fully participating at local and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and related training events.
